Getting Your Flowers

Pick-up

All online orders will be available for local pick-up from Wednesday to Saturday downtown Ottawa at Top Shelf Preserves (527 Gladstone Ave, Ottawa, ON K1R 5N9).

Delivery

Delivery options are available for a fee and can be added at checkout. Your delivery date is guaranteed however we cannot guarantee the time of your delivery. Someone must be home to receive your flowers as they cannot be left outside. If you’ve placed an order and can no longer be home, please get in touch with us and we will find a solution.

Markets and Pop-ups

We love a good market! Follow our Instagram for more details on the markets we’ll be joining next season. If you are hosting a market or an event and would like to see our flowers make an appearance, please get in touch.

Returns & Exchanges

Flowers are delicate and fade overtime. Organically grown flowers have natural quirks and blemishes, and we feel this adds character to our work. We take the utmost care of your blooms after sourcing, while harvesting, and arranging so they get to you in their peak form. Refunds and exchanges will be considered on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to not issue a refund or exchange for arrangements, bouquets, and decor for any reason, including if the reason for the request is outside of our control.

Packaging

We’re always looking for ways to reduce our waste and carbon footprint. Working with natural beauty, gardening, and being at the whim of mother nature on a daily basis, we’re seeing the effects of our changing climate first hand. Because of this we believe it’s necessary to do everything we can to be sustainable. We do not use floral foam or cellophane to package our flowers. Instead we use recyclable paper products and cardboard to wrap and protect our flowers from the elements. For delivery, we use compostable eco-wraps and bags to keep your bouquets hydrated.
